A valley native, with a background in
bodywork, she is passionate about teaching safe and fun classes to different levels of students. Inspired by
her family and her students, Rhonda continues to grow
and learn in her field. With certifications in Prenatal and Postnatal
Fitness,
YogaFit, and YogaWorks RYT 200, Third age (senior’s) fitness,and Post-rehab fitness, she loves working
with a variety of clients. Rhonda loves encouraging her students to improve and
challenge themselves, while cultivating a
deeper sense of awareness.
